First and foremost: I'm addicted
to anything that is not constant.
Having said that, is it not strange that I've been coming to
#Scotland for over three years now? I was away from the world of IRC for quite sometime,
mind you, but I have returned and appear rather regularly.
I'm known In Real Life as Christopher Andrews, or Chrisburger; I'm
an Implementation Specialist at a contract pre-clinical research organization in Montreal,
Quebec. I am a geek… but as someone once said to me, 'tis better to be a geek than a
nerd. A nerd I am not. Basically I'm a guy who got a degree in Biology but found work in
his passion--those nasty boxes of wires n' plastic, the contraption upon which you are
likely reading this text--computers. I moonlight as a web designer and hope one day to
develop research laboratory software and perhaps some games. I guess one would have to
know how to program… a minor obstacle.
I'm in my mid-twenties and have recently ended a long-term
relationship with a wonderful girl. If she was so wonderful, why did I leave her, you ask?
I don't know… it wasn't going anywhere. So here ye, here ye, I'm on the market. This
is NOT an open invitation, I just felt like singing. Hee hee.
