Okay so this is like a bio? All you ever needed to know you can get via Internet anyway, so...

I "discovered" the IRC very quickly after I went on-line for the first time. I waddled about...hither and thither...to and fro...until one night I decided to try #scotland (actually it was about 3 am) The first (and only) person I found there was WasteWar. He was cool and we talked a bit about Scotland and the #Scotland channel. From that point on I frequented #scotland. The first two people I truly "met" in #scotland besides Wastewar were Athena, Elle, and Ion (to my ever increasing good fortune). As I continued to patronize the channel I met such nice people as...

Iggy, Pict, GPz, Delica (Deli), Sockies, Durham, Da, ClnDuglas, Bman, Nugget, Celtia, Jester, RobRoy, Duckie, Swan, Aonghais, Nickey, Snoopie, Gees-a-job, April-Mae, FuzzSteel, June-Juli, Kammy, OzMan, Pyg, FancyDanc, Strawberi, Cookies, Tnew, Emmi, and many others! (If I didnt mention you (and you know who you are)...don't hate me..."the body ages, the memory fades")

I am not thoroughly aware of it, but I do have Scottish descent (hence the name) and some German descent. I have always been inspired by the mysticism and majesty of the fabled Scottish Highlands and that culture. I have a real yearning to go to Scotland but I do not know when I will get that chance. If you like Scotland (and good movies) I very highly recommend the film "Local Hero" for viewing (preferably big screen) It is a wonderful movie filmed in Scotland and very funny and good. Check it out.

I like all kinds of music, but I am chiefly into Rock and Roll. (I even liked the Bay City Rollers when I was *much* younger...EEEEK!!) Just joking Mr. Longmuir. I would have to say that the Beatles are my all time favorite group. Their music has always been unique and different...and I find that it still is, even to this day. I love listening to anything that Mozart composed and I like Rap and Rhythm and Blues also, to some extent. I hate to say it, and I don't wish to offend those who do like it...I hate Country!! Blech! Ick! Ptooey!! Just something about white people forcing themselves to sound hicklike turns my stomach. Sorry Iggy, I know how much you love Country music...Errrrrr...I don't think so Burns!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a student (as you read this) in a Liberal Arts program. I am hoping to move into the field of Physics. I have always been fascinated with, not only the principles surrounding physics but also, what mankind may learn about the nature of the Universe. I am not foolish enough to think that all of natures secrets will be found overnight, but I am more than willing to jump in the search, and reap the rewards of knowledge. And, no, the money would not be a *terrible* thing.
